Szállítás és fizetés

Packets are shipped out only once a week on Mondays. Orders placed before 8:00 on Sunday are sent out the following Monday. Orders placed after 8:00 on Sunday and on Monday are sent out on Monday one week later. 

We are shipping snails from March/April/May to the beginning or half of the November. That is only approximate though as start of the season and its end depends wholly on the weather.

Shipping may be delayed if you choose to pay by bank transfer - especially if you make a payment on Thursday (applies only for some banks for which transfer takes more days), Friday or weekend as the payment gets transfered most likely at the beggining of next week. If you do not want to wait one more week for the order to be sent, send a payment confirmation from your bank (not copied text but printscreen or screenshot) to info@shneczek.cz so the order can be sent out as soon as possible.
