Hi Isabelle, I am sorry there has been a problem but I have not found any email about it, please resend it to me again. I always replace snails If there is any problem and yes comunication is not the best right now as I have exams at school at the moment so I respond with delay but it is not anythig I would ignore. About the size of the snails, I send still the same sizes I believe. It depends on what species you currently order too, sometimes I do not have bigger ones. But you can see the size you are ordering as well in the eshop when making an order. That is why you have to choose the size there so I know you are aware what is their size. In past when it was possible I have possibly sent bigger snails then it was stated but last year there was high demand so I was not able to send bigger instead. I need to be careful about it too as not to send out any snail which is possibly already sold. I am a bit put out as we know each other for years, but I respect your opinion. Please contact me about which snails were not okay, If you do not have photo, and what snails would you like as a replacement. I should be doing update of the available snails at the end of June/beggining of July too so there should be more to choose from. Best regards, Jana
