I had a specific wish of body colour and wrote Jana an email. She replied very quickly and in detail. The whole process on ordering is just perfect. You get an email for every step and the package was very well packed. It just took two days to Germany. My four Suturalis are just wow! Perfect colour and growth. They were very hungry after their trip and in their new home very active since then. All my snails love Janas food. I will definitely order again! You‘re doing great Jana! Keep going :)

I am really happy with my purchase. The package was sent on Monday and arrived at my door in Sweden on Friday. It was easy to track and follow the order. The package was really good and well packed. The snails was beautiful and with good health. I can see they have been verry well taken care of. I recommend this shop and if I decide to get more snails I will buy from here again. - Šneček po cestě zřejmě namrznul a nyní se neustále víčkuje,ačkoli má k dispozici vyšší teploty(a samozřejmě vlhkost).Nevím si s tím rady..
