Got a really healthy snail. First thing it did was to taste me XD. Eats very well, no issues with growth. You can see one tiny stripe of 'abnormal' shell growth, but that was expected from being 7 days on the road, and anyways, it's miniscule, barely noticable. Packaging was good. Packed with moss and some sweet potato for sustenance. Also active communication about the delay due to the heatwave. I've got multiple e-mails about when it was possible to send the snail. I am happy to see that there is such a big care for when the shipment gets sent. Really, have nothing negative to say.

I don't usually review things, but after buying here, I feel like I have to. I don't like buying animals to be shipped from another country, but it went flawlessly this time. The package was completely packed with filling, nothing was able to move. The snails' containers were also packed with moss and even had carrot slices. Which were eaten from, so that tells me the snails felt comfortable and safe. The package was held back for a week by the seller as it was too hot to send, which is amazing as that shows the seller cares greatly for the health of their animals. There were updates about every step of the process and while I don't speak Czech, everything was understandable as the English that was used was excellent. I'll be coming back for the snail I really wanted that was out of stock at the time, and perhaps get even more eventually. Keep up the amazing work!
